We have come to expect the unexpected at Great Life Ranch. Although difficult to convey in words, here are some of the things we’ve experienced at GLR:

• “The wheel fell of my car, can ya’ll come help?” What?, Yep really, . . . “come help me find my lug nuts.”
• Cherry street ferries, trash day shopping at the street, snag some of our discarded goodies, then promptly drive into the ditch, requiring a tow from GLR residents
• Torrential rains flood GLR, and then the goats need rescuing from the barn. No worries, GLR re-established was under construction at the time and the goats relocated comfortably to the kitchen until the waters receded.
